Emergency Procedures

Your safety comes first. Always.

At Staff-Fast, no shift, no deadline, and no production target matters more than you going home safe. But when accidents happen, what matters most is a fast, clear response, so here's exactly what to do, step by step.

Step 1: Report Every Injury, Immediately

All Staff-Fast employees are required to report any injury, no matter how minor it seems, to their immediate onsite supervisor right away. Small injuries can become big problems when they go unreported and reporting protects you, your co-workers, and your benefits. After you notify your supervisor, contact your Staff-Fast consultant so our Human Resources team can activate our response protocols immediately.

Step 2: Get Medical Attention

Your health is the priority. For serious emergencies, call 911 first always. For non-life-threatening injuries, Staff-Fast has medical providers available to treat our workforce promptly, so you get proper care quickly and the worksite can continue operating safely. Never "tough it out",  getting checked is always the right call.

Step 3: Incident Investigation & Report

Every incident is investigated, and a written incident report must be completed within 24 hours. Your supervisor and our HR team will guide you through it, your job is simply to share what happened, honestly and completely. This protects you, documents your claim properly, and helps us prevent the same incident from happening to someone else.

Step 4: Returning to Work

Once your medical provider gives permission, you'll be able to return to work on partial or full duty, depending on what your recovery allows. Our team will coordinate with you and the worksite to make your return smooth, safe, and at the right pace, no pressure to come back before you're ready.
